Recliner seats on both ends. Measures 91" from outside of arm rest to opposite arm rest. Seating area is 66"
4-1/2" clearance from floor. 40" from floor to top of back.
Measures 35" from back to front and an additional 15" with recliner seats up.
Cannot deliver, must pick up. It is heavy because of the recliner seats. Need at least two people to move it.
Sofa is a little over six years old. Has not been exposed to pets or smoke.
